Yes,we accept sample order for both neutral product or function customized type and the extra cost is added to it.
For samples, it will be ready within 7 days For small bulk order, it takes about 20 days for production For bulk order, within 30 days for production
The time for quotation depends on product model, function, and target quantity.We quote within 1-2 business days typically and quotations are valid for 15 days.

We mainly accept T/T for samples and payment terms for order.

Do you provide customization services?

We need the vector diagram of the logo along with the designated placement if you want to incorporate your logo onto the product.

send us with the Pantone color number if you need color customization.

you need to submit the pertinent design documents or authorize us to design them on your behalf when you require alternate packaging and instructions.

For ODM services, there are no specific requirements as long as the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met, and there are no additional fees for the customization service itself.
